Exercises considerable independent judgment to adapt and apply clinical and department guidelines to specific situations. Responsible for resource management and budgetary planning; staff selection, training and retention; identifying, implementing and evaluating process and quality improvement initiatives; and maintaining patient, family and stakeholder satisfaction.What You Bring/Job Requirements:In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following: * Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy* Advanced degree preferred * Five years of work experience in a rehab setting* Two years of leadership experience preferred* Knowledge of regulatory and accreditation standards and compliance* Prior use of electronic medical records (EMR), preferred* Current Colorado state licensure in Physical Therapy or Current Colorado state licensure in Occupational Therapy and Registered Occupational Therapist * Current Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association Light Work - exert/lift up to 20 lbs. force occasionally, and/or up to 10 lbs. frequently)Your Connected Community:At Centura Health, we're on a mission to heal individuals and uplift communities.  We have locations throughout Colorado, Utah, and western Kansas, giving you opportunity to grow your career and impact the communities you serve.
